This app is designed to help you become more aware of how your current lifestyle affects your health and wellbeing and to help you make a change, if that’s what you decide to do.
You can use MyHealth PA to set a healthy lifestyles goal related to smoking, drinking, diet or exercise.
To help you meet your goal, you can use MyHealth PA as a diary to track a range of health behaviours and your mood, as well as to view your progress and see how your health behaviours and mood change over time.
Please discuss your progress with your counsellor or doctor if you feel comfortable to do so.
Where to start?
Before making any change to our lifestyle, it is important to make sure that we’ve had a medical check-up, most often with our GP. If you haven’t had a check-up for a while, we recommend that you visit your GP soon. Having a record of your health status is a good way to measure your progress and keep you motivated.
